You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
