Punch press operator • Madobi, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Madobi, Kano State. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day to day you will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; record output and downtime on the production sheet.
