Fry cook wanted in Kurmi

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Kurmi, Taraba State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
