Now hiring: scullery hand (Benue State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tarka, Benue State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
