Hoist operator • Clark County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Clark County, Arkansas. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. On the job you will handle: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
