The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
