Immediate opening: milling machinist (Oklahoma)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machinist in Garfield County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
