Horizontal milling machine operator • Falkirk, Scotland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Falkirk, Scotland. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls You will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
