Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Bakori, Katsina State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging You will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. ₦225,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
