Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (Utah)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Uintah County, Utah. You will work at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
