We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Hillsborough County, Florida. The job is in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 5+ years on the tools preferred.
