We are recruiting: sand plant operator (Kogi State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Bassa, Kogi State. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. You should have: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Day-to-day duties: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦1,350 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
