Powder coating technician • Mokwa, Niger State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Mokwa, Niger State. On the job you will handle: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
