Meat trimmer wanted in Ifelodun

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ifelodun, Osun State. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
