Dishwasher • Dawakin Tofa, Kano State

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Dawakin Tofa, Kano State. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
