Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mafa, Borno State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
