Catering cook wanted in Sioux County

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Sioux County, Nebraska. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
