Tandoor cook — Jos North

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jos North, Plateau State. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
