Bread baker • Doguwa, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Doguwa, Kano State. You will work at a busy bakery. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
