What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
