Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Grayson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Grayson County, Virginia. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels You should have: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
