Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Vinton County, Ohio. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 4+ years on the tools preferred.
