Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Clark County, Nevada. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
