Cook — Kulu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Kulu, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
