Cook — Alappuzha

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Alappuzha, State of Kerala. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift ₹13,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
