Chef de partie wanted in Vishakhapatnam

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Vishakhapatnam, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
