Abattoir worker wanted in Cowlitz County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Cowlitz County, Washington. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
