Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Efon, Ekiti State. You will work at a halal meat counter. You will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
