Immediate opening: oven operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Sullivan County, Missouri. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
