Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Barton County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
