Finishing presser — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Madison County, Nebraska. You will be based in a garment export house. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day to day you will spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; give each garment a final press before packing. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Share your details and we will call you back.
