Plant operator • Saint Clair County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Saint Clair County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence 6+ years on the tools preferred.
