Powder coating line operator wanted in Clermont County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Clermont County, Ohio. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
