Cook wanted in Upson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Upson County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
