Skilled line cook wanted

A line cook is needed at a busy restaurant kitchen in Lincolnshire, England. You will be responsible for keeping HACCP records, running a station during service. We expect knowledge of food hygiene rules, speed under pressure. Around 5 year(s) of similar experience is a plus. Working time is about 40 hours weekly on the rotating shifts.
