Chef de partie — Sule Tankakar

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sule Tankakar, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
