Now hiring: commis chef (Delta State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Ika North East, Delta State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around ₦95,000 per month, based on your experience.
