line cook — immediate start

We run a busy kitchen in Ika North East and need a dependable line cook. Main duties: preparing dishes to spec, daily mise en place, keeping HACCP records. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules and roughly 3 year(s) of experience. Approximately 39 hours per week, day shift. Training is provided on the job.
