Experienced line cook wanted

Our restaurant kitchen in East Sussex is hiring a line cook. You will be responsible for running a station during service, daily mise en place. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules, speed under pressure and roughly 1 year(s) of experience. Working time is about 41 hours weekly on the night shift.
