line cook — Argyll and Bute

A line cook is needed at a busy busy kitchen in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. You will be responsible for running a station during service, keeping HACCP records. Requirements: knowledge of food hygiene rules, solid kitchen experience; at least 2 year(s) of experience preferred. Working time is about 38 hours weekly on the morning shift.
