Fry cook — Placer County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Placer County, California. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
