We are looking for a line cook for our busy kitchen in Nassau County. Day-to-day work includes daily mise en place, keeping HACCP records. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules and roughly 2 year(s) of experience. Approximately 39 hours per week, evening shift. Overtime is paid separately.
