Line cook — Sokoto North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦240,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
